The first attendees will receive a special seedling packet (while supplies last) with instructions on planting seeds at home! Harbes Annual Sweet Corn Festival, Saturday, July 22 & Sunday, July 23 from 10 am-7 pm. Celebrate the arrival of one of the best parts of a long Island Summer – Harbes own super-sweet corn!

Don’t miss our Corn Eating Contests! They will be held in the Barnyard Adventure at 2:30 pm & 4:30 pm on both Saturday & Sunday. First come, first served. Participation limited. Must purchase Barnyard admission to participate.

There’ll be FREE LIVE MUSIC in our courtyard/picnic area both days from 1-5 pm. Saturday, the talented Nick Kerzner is scheduled to perform. Nick will be playing original music and covers from the ’60s to today in rock, alternative, and popular genres in an acoustic style. Sunday, singer/guitarist Thomas Moran makes his debut on the farm. Come enjoy this rising young talent!

While you’re here you can visit Harbes Barnyard Adventure for hours of family fun! Harbes Barnyard Adventure is an 8-acre, family-friendly experience for all ages. The Barnyard admission includes a Musical Hayride tour of our 100-acre farm and our famous pig races. There are also farm animals, our very popular “Jumbo Jumpers” bounce pillows, a Sports Zone with baseball, football, and basketball tossing games, “Lil’ Farmers PlayLand” filled with lots of fun activities for preschoolers, a trike track, obstacle course, hedge maze, our musical animatronic chicken show, and much more. We’ll also be debuting some exciting new attractions for 2023!

Harbes Wine Barn, located behind the main farmstand, is a wine lover’s dream! In our 100-year-old renovated potato barn, we offer tastings of our award-winning wines and wine by the glass or bottle. There’s a rustic ambiance inside or you can enjoy your wine outside under an umbrella on our patio.

You won’t want to miss our delicious foods during your visit! Of course, we’ll be offering Harbes famous roasted sweet corn. There will also be delicious tomato/mozzarella paninis and much more. Please don’t miss our mouthwatering selection of homemade ice cream – including sweet corn ice cream!
